Big Moe's BBQ. The only barbecue sauce now used at Sam's Club stores for rotisserie chicken and ribs. The glossy, sweet and tangy sauce was invented 100 years ago on a former plantation in Alabama by the great-grandmother of company owner Paul ``Big Moe'' Pritchett.
