Big Moe's BBQ. The only barbecue sauce now used at Sam's Club stores for rotisserie chicken and ribs. The glossy, sweet and tangy sauce was invented 100 years ago on a former plantation in Alabama by the great-grandmother of company owner Paul ``Big Moe'' Pritchett.

JEFFERSON The Jefferson Community Club will host its annual all you can eat barbecue from noon until 8 p.m. on Saturday at the Jefferson Community House.

Sharon Amberg and Emiel Domis sold the Rose Hill Inn in Versailles to spend more time at their other business -- Rose Sail Inn, a bed-and-breakfast experience on a Caribbean yacht in the Windward Islands of the British Virgin Islands.
